Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal today said postponing the by-polls to Gaibandha-5 constituency was not a thoughtless decision as the commission decided to postpone the election after observing it intensively. “The decision to postpone Gaibandha-5 constituency by-polls was not an imprudent one.
